The fleet is shaped by min/max — the floor is what spawns edges. + and − step min by one (so they are the input boxes in button form, and + stops at max rather than going around it); type into the boxes for a bigger jump. Settings live in etcd and survive a scaler restart; a dotted value came from there, not from dev.yaml.
